Latitia is a 600-hour trained yoga teacher, meditation and sound practitioner with more than 20 years of personal practice and six years of teaching experience. Her integrated approach brings together movement, breath, stillness and sound, with a particular focus on stress, the nervous system and body intelligence.

Alongside her teaching, Latitia spent nearly two decades in senior international business roles. Her first-hand experience of high-pressure working environments and corporate burnout led her to explore more deeply the relationship between stress, the nervous system and the body. This experience, alongside years of embodied practice, shaped her integrated approach to teaching, bringing together movement, breath, stillness, sound and body awareness.

She has taught at King’s College London and Queen Mary University of London, and delivered sessions for Airbnb, Soul x Science Festival and Good Hotel across university, workplace, festival and community settings.

Her teaching is grounded, curious and non-judgemental. Rather than asking students to perform or get a pose “right”, she creates space to slow down, pay attention and explore. Students are encouraged to listen to their own bodies, practise at their own pace and discover what works for them.
