A Long Class on a Sunday with Kath
5:00pm — 7:30pm | Intermediate
In this longer class we have a little more time to go in depth with aspects of asana technique. Usually there will be more inversions, (handstand, forearm balance, headstand) but it does vary every month.
The class will take the form of a flowing, dynamic, alignment based asana class, finishing with some simple breathing practices and short sitting meditation, and sometimes a longer guided relaxation, Yoga Nidra.
Not suitable for total beginners, but all levels are welcome.
