Let go & unwind – Kundalini Yoga & Meditation workshop
2:00pm — 4:00pm | All Levels
Join us for an uplifting and rejuvenating experience of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation at Globe House Yoga in London, UK. This event will take place at Crucifix Lane, a serene location perfect for connecting with your inner self.
What to expect?
Marianne, our instructor, will start the session by guiding you through a slow kundalini yoga flow. The flow is designed to connect the body with the breath. Each pose will be hold at a steady pace to get the full physical and emotional benefit of the asanas.
You will then be guided through a visualization meditation on self-worth where you will learn to quiet your mind and connect with your inner wisdom. We will then couple up for an exercise and finish with a women’s circle to connect and reflect on the experience.

PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINS BEFORE TO SETTLE IN FOR A PROMPT 2PM START.
