About Kath Ryan
Kath has been practising yoga for the last twelve years and qualified as a yoga and meditation instructor in 2014. She teaches a fun and relaxed yoga class with a focus on alignment and making sure you are doing what’s best for your own body.
Kath is a registered RYT 200 teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance UK.
