Deepen and enhance your yoga practice and teaching with practical Ayurvedic knowledge. Easily applied into your yoga practice, and that of your students – Interweaving the sister sciences for a more holistic life.
The workshop will include a deep relaxation and yin practice to balance and connect the different elements of the class.
The workshop will provide the following:
-Discover what Ayurveda is and how it will benefit your life – on and off the mat.
-Understand the relationship between Ayurveda and Yoga, (the sister sciences) and the benefits of combining.
-How to practically and easily apply Ayurveda into your practice bringing more depth as well as lifestyle and diet.
-An introduction into the Physical and Mental characteristics of Ayurveda
-Understand the postures that are good for which constitutions, (Doshas) and why.
-Understand the Physical sites of the body that are related to the different constitutions – from which comes the knowledge of how to balance.
-How to develop a more Sattvic practice and life.
-Learn how to fit your yoga practice into your unique Ayurvedic constitution.
-Practical Ayurvedic tools to balance your Mental and Physical constitution.
-Discover how to take the Intellectual Ayurveda knowledge through practical experience into self knowledge.
-For yoga teachers, discover how to enhance your teachings with Ayurvedic guidance for your students

About Justin Robertshaw and Inna Costantini
Justin facilitates and teaches Ayurveda on retreats, Yoga Teacher Trainings and also provides Ayurveda Workshops, Talks, Consultations and Mentoring Internationally as well as Permaculture design work and
consultations, incorporating Ayurveda knowledge, where possible.
He is a qualified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant with the American Institute of Vedic Studies and upon completion of this course continued
his practical studies, over the years, interning with the Indian doctors at a highly respected Ayurveda PanchaKarma centre in Asia.
His daily self practice embraces Ayurveda, Ashtanga and other asana based practices, Meditation, Pranayama, applied work on consciousness, following the pointings of Sri Mooji as well as techniques in transformational life coaching. He believes passionately in the benefits of Yoga and Ayurveda along with Permaculture in cultivating a truly sustainable inspiring lifestyle. His wish is to empower people to lead and maintain a truly holistic life.
Inna first discovered yoga in London in 2000. With a background in media, anthropology and a stint in PR, she swiftly chose to trade her desk for a yoga mat, to study yoga at its source. Inna maintains a daily practice at Astanga Yoga London where she assists Hamish Hendry, and makes regular trips to Mysore, India, where she received the KPJAYI Authorisation to teach in 2014. She has studied with a number of inspiring teachers that include R. Sharath Jois , Rolf Naujokat , Gingi Lee and John Scott.
Inna is fascinated by yoga in all its forms, its effects, and the intricate links between physical and mental well-being. She loves helping and watching students develop, and believes yoga is a lifelong learning process: a dedicated, regular – and yet fun – practice can only bring forth increased energy and happiness.
