Join Kath for a dynamic yoga practice followed by a longer look at some pranayama (breathing) techniques and meditation.
Escape the hustle and bustle of city life for two hours of focus on the body, mind and breath.

About Kath Ryan
Kath has been practising yoga for the last fourteen years and qualified as a yoga and meditation instructor in 2014. She teaches a fun and relaxed yoga class with a focus on alignment and making sure you are doing what’s best for your own body.
Kath is a registered RYT 200 teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance UK.

Beth brings a practical and proven approach to her workshops based on experience as well as findings from ancient yoga traditions, acupressure, Reiki and modern science. About Liz Lark
Liz has been teaching Yoga for 20 years, with a foundation in Astanga Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga elements fused with a background in Arts, which she weaves through her teaching. Sequencing develops from a stable base, limbering the body and growing towards peak poses, with bespoke adaptations to ensure safe practice. Mandalas illustrate sequences, with visualizations and poetry to support the practice, collected into her new book Creative Yoga Practice. Songs composed for the sequences will be shared.
Liz has been teaching yoga for 20 years, authored 7 books & DVD Yogalibre.
