In this longer class we have a little more time to go in depth with aspects of asana technique. Usually there will be more inversions, (handstand, forearm balance, headstand) but it does vary. The class will take the form of a flowing, dynamic, alignment based asana class, finishing with some simple breathing practices and short sitting meditation, and sometimes a longer guided relaxation, yoga nidra. Not suitable for complete beginners, but all levels are welcome.
